Myrtle Beach Boardwalk
The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk expands across 1.2 miles of the Grand Strand right beside the ocean allowing for breathtaking views. Since May of 2010, the Boardwalk has become a hit with locals and tourists alike. The promenade, which stretches from 2nd Avenue to 14th Avenue, is aligned with beautiful landscaping, restaurants, bars, shops and attractions to keep you entertained throughout the day.
The Boardwalk is divided into three sections, the first section expanding from the 14th Avenue Pier to the new Plyler Park at the end of Joe White Avenue. Plyler Park has become home to many events such as concerts, fireworks, kid's carnivals, and Festivals!
The second section runs from Plyler Park to 8th Avenue North and brings out the amusement-park-feel of downtown Myrtle Beach with shops, arcades, and much more.
The third section of the Promenade extends from 8th Avenue to the 2nd Avenue Pier. This part is the more relaxing part of the walk with benches, beautiful landscaping, and great beach views.
The Boardwalk allows everyone a chance to relax, go for a jog, play games, or just take in the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!
